Baby Back Ribs
Drizzle a bit of olive oil on both sides of the ribs
Add your favorite rub or special spices
Seal up the ribs in tin foil
Bake on 250 for at least 2 1/2 hours
Remove from tin foil and place ribs on the grill
Brush on UB sauce
(don’t forget to use your UB sauce for dipping the ribs as well)
Pat dry the pork shoulder or butt
Lightly drizzle with olive oil
Add your favorite rub or spices
Place in the crock pot for at least 4 hrs. (depending on the size)
Drain fat (set aside)
Add some UB Sauce to the Pulled Pork
Perfect on its own or over your favorite dish.
UB Chicken Salad.
Make it anyway you want but use UB instead of mayo and cut out some of the fat.
UB cocktail sauce.
Mix UB with a little horseradish, worchestshire sauce, and squeeze of lemon.
UB Grilled Veggies & Rice.
Brush on to veggies or add to some plain rice.
